Similar to our log cabins, all of their products are made to order allowing them to also offer a bespoke service to have building exactly how you wish. There are several upgrades available including deluxe and cedar cladding, window options, painted in a large choice of colours and more.

About your Shed/Summerhouse
This breakdown will help you understand how your shed or summerhouse from London Timber Buildings is constructed and the material options that are available to you.
4 cladding options: Standard (12mm), Deluxe (20mm), and Cedar (12mm)
Regency use the finest European Softwood and Canadian Western Red Cedar, all buildings are handcrafted in UK.
All buildings come supplied with everything you need to construct it which includes, felt, glass, screws and nails.
All play buildings are supplied with acrylic safety glass.
Toughened glass on all buildings.
It is essential that the base and foundations are correctly prepared for your building, as failure to provide a suitable base could affect both the operating of the doors and any opening windows.
We would recommend the base is at least the minimum size of the building ordered, to ensure stability of your building, it must be firm and level.

All buildings in the Regency range are supplied with a basecoat which is applied by totally immersing each section in our quality spirit based treatment ensuring penetration on all sides.
We recommend that your building is treated annually especially in exposed or coastal areas with a wood preserver or a similar spirit based product. It is advisable to oil all ironmongery regularly to allow free movement of parts and to help prevent weathering.

Customise the Size
Should you find a design you like but one of our standard sizes may not fit your space, then don’t worry normally we can adapt one to fit. The team of joiners can not only make special sized buildings, they can produce a non-standard building to suit your needs, so bring us a sketch with sizes for a quote.
Customise the finish
Options include double doors, verandahs, heavy-duty floors, special size doors, stable doors, extra height, heavy-duty framing, log lap cladding, premier cladding, extra windows, toughened glass, opening windows and much more.
Making it last
To maintain the quality and appearance of your building we recommend that you regularly oil the ironmongery e.g. door and window hinges and to re-treat your building annually. If your building is installed in damp conditions please ensure you leave adequate ventilation until the building is dry.
