This option is both cost-effective and less intrusive to your garden while allowing for optimal airflow. If you plan to use your cabin for heavy-duty activities like weightlifting or workshops, a more traditional concrete base may be more suitable.

3. Choosing Log Thickness

The thickness of the logs used in your log cabin will significantly impact its insulation and overall strength. We offer three options:

• 44mm logs: These hand-selected logs create a sturdy structure and are a popular choice for many customers.
• 70mm logs: Providing superior year-round insulation, these thicker logs are ideal for those seeking maximum energy efficiency.

5. Choosing Your Roof Covering

• 100% Recycled Rubber Tiles (Knightsbridge range only): These durable tiles offer a 50-year life expectancy and are resistant to wind, weather, and fire.
• EPDM Rubber Membrane: Applied to all roofs except the Knightsbridge range, this membrane provides a 35-year life expectancy and is extremely durable.
• Felt Shingle Tiles (Knightsbridge range only): These lightweight tiles offer a 20-year life expectancy and are a classic roofing choice.
